Newbie - this may be the first time you have ever been on skis of any kind. You are not sure how to put your skis on or how to generate forward movement.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel 45 days before the program starts to receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee. Refunds due to double bookings will be issued minus a $30 processing fee. If weather or other conditions beyond our control cause a class cancellation, we will offer a make-up day. We are unable to offer refunds due to personal circumstances.
